Caroline Odogwu is a speaker, workshop facilitator, programme consultant and creative entrepreneur who uses her voice, workshops, and programmes to inspire confidence, personal growth, and social impact.
She has delivered talks, facilitated workshops, and consulted on programmes for organisations including PwC, BBC, Starbucks Youth Action, and Business Launchpad, helping people and organisations unlock potential and drive meaningful change.
Caroline is the founder of She Is You, a community platform she created over a decade ago after experiencing first-hand the challenges of transitioning from secondary school to higher education.
As a young woman, she often struggled to find positive role models who looked like her or understood her experiences, which left her navigating key life decisions without the guidance she wished she had.
Recognising that many young women were facing the same gap, Caroline launched She Is You to provide a safe, supportive space where women and girls could connect with mentors, develop confidence, and access opportunities for personal and professional growth.
