Caroline’s workshop with our Year 12 EDI committee and Year 13 Leadership Team was a truly inspiring morning. From the outset, her warm manner and willingness to share her own story resonated with our students. With a mix of humour, contemporary examples and probing questions, she encouraged them to reflect on their own experiences as young women navigating the world and really celebrated every contribution. I worked with Caroline over the past 6 months on a social value engagement within Westminster Council which Hitachi was supporting. It was amazing to work with somebody who genuinely cares about the work that she is doing and her ability to help change the world for the better. I am delighted to say that with the support and encouragement Caroline provided, she helped me become an apprentice at Westminster City Council, and therefore secure my first ever career as a young person.
